The foundations of Altun G\u0131da were laid in the 1980s in \u0130skenderun, Hatay, by Zeki Altun, through agricultural and commercial activities. What began as a trading business soon took a new direction when clients started requesting fresh fruits and vegetables. In response to these demands, Altun began sourcing products and eventually rented a production facility. By working with contract farmers in the Hatay and \u00c7ukurova regions, he expanded production capacity and later established his own farms.<\/p>

Zeki Altun describes their pivotal decision in 2011:<\/p>

\u201cWe made a significant difference at a critical point. We explained to farmers the harms of pesticide use, but we couldn\u2019t achieve the desired results. That\u2019s when we decided to begin production ourselves. By exporting products that met European standards, we distinguished ourselves from our competitors.\u201d<\/p>

This approach became the true turning point in the company\u2019s story.<\/p>

Today, Altun G\u0131da exports in full compliance with net exporter standards to markets across the European Union, as well as Russia, the USA, the United Kingdom, Canada, Ukraine, the Far East, and the Middle East.<\/p>

Founded in 1981 in \u0130skenderun, Hatay, Altun G\u0131da is now one of Turkey\u2019s leading companies in the export of fresh fruits and vegetables.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
