  • To claim compensation for damages in the event that they suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of their personal data.

Altun Gıda assesses the applications submitted by data subjects under the legislation in force and concludes them within the statutory periods.

Data subjects may submit their requests regarding the rights set out above to Altun Gıda A.Ş. in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and the provisions of the relevant legislation.

Altun Gıda will conclude applications free of charge as soon as possible and at the latest within the period stipulated in the legislation, depending on the nature of the application. However, in the event that the process requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.

Data subjects may submit their requests under the KVKK to Altun Gıda A.Ş. through one of the following methods:

  • Application through the Registered Electronic Mail (KEP) address,
  • Application by secure electronic signature or mobile signature,
  • Application through the electronic mail address registered in the Company’s system,
  • Other application methods that may be determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.

The provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 in force and of the relevant secondary legislation shall be taken as a basis in the assessment of applications.
